Synopsis
The female protagonist fell in love at first sight with the artist's work at the art exhibition, and then wholeheartedly pursued the artist himself. However, for the artist, emotions were a game intertwined with concealment and deception. Their feelings were mixed with fictional segments, real-life events, and fragments of thoughts, seamlessly integrated with the characteristics of the internet age, making it difficult for them to distinguish between reality and fantasy.

This piece of work aims to playfully mock artists. Given my early start in studying art, it's a common occurrence for people around me to develop crushes on artists, making such stories a familiar theme in my work. Usually my work typically revolves around power dynamics, and psychological changes within intimate relationships. This time, I want to embody a strong sense of the contemporary moment. This work blends fictional segments, real-life occurrences, and fragments of thoughts, seamlessly integrating them with the characteristics of the internet age: fragmented information, high volume, brevity, and the ability to start and end at any moment.

Through a narrative style characterized by ambiguity and discontinuity, I employ mixed media to create my distinctive storytelling approach. By this I mean, I consciously disrupt the chronological order of narration in my work, creating a collage-like narrative. The film contains a large amount of fragmented text, but I strive to maintain the continuity of the viewing experience, which is a challenge for me.
